Eggplant spicy

Ingredients:
3 eggplants
13 mixed cayenne peppers
1 clove garlic
4 cloves of  red onion
1 tomato
3 pieces of salted fish
Shrimp paste (according to taste)
To taste salt, seasoning & brown sugar

How to make

Step 1
Wash all the ingredients, then boil over medium heat so that they cook evenly and don't burn quickly.

Step 2
After the water has subsided, grind all the ingredients and add all the spices. Transfer to a plate. Ready to be served
