#129 Man comes to engage in sexual activity with a 12yr old boy and his friend

This guy name James went to Long Beach to meet up with what he believed to be 14 and 12yr old boys. He stated how he wanted to do very explicit things with them and when interviewed he still said he would take the chance doing that if the opportunity happened SMH.. I do feel somewhat bad for him though because even though he says he had no mental issues i can DEF tell he had some screws loose for sure which is why i did NOT go hard, I mean i rarely go off anyways but i was more nice to him due to his mental status.
