TI Talk recorded on the 19th of November 2023 - There was masses of links and information shared.

Dear friends, what a fantastic TI Talk we had this evening. For people that are not aware of the Mkultra program, Targeted Individuals, and Havana Syndrome victims/survivors, I hope they will think again now.

We shared many, many links, that show all of the programs from Mkultra up to date, and how far it has come.

Thank you very much to everyone who joined us, it was truly a really good session, it went on for six hours!!

This is a must watch video for anyone in the Targeted Individuals community, I truly believe this will awaken a lot of people that were/are on the fence regarding these truly evil programs, and multiple inhumane crimes against humanity.

There is also a lot of information that all of the Targeted Individuals community will learn from this, I hope it helps everyone.
