In a nutshell, moving into your spiritual shift is just you getting out of your own way. To a degree it involves you moving outside of yourself to objectively observe your thoughts and actions. The more conscious you become of your own motivations and actions, the more intentional you become and more in stride with your purpose.

There is a structured route to realising this version of yourself that has been tried and tested by many. You may have heard the term "Doing the shadow work" or not, but in any case it means going inside to face your childhood traumas and demons in order to operate from a state where you can embrace your darkness and comfortably incorporate it into who you are.

By making the conscious decision to improve your life by facing and overcoming your darkness, the universal law of reciprocity rewards you. You'll find that after you start to remove the burden of external validation that the volume of your internal narrative starts to raise. That internal monologue will go from infrequent to communicating with you all day.

Our theta state, being in our dormant subconscious state as we sleep is the perfect time to play specific learning materials on a daily basis to rewire our subconscious minds, that has the effect of connecting synaptics that were previously separate. This will radically improve your analytical and problem solving skills exponentially.
