An FYI to HFGCS operators: you guys don't do SELCAL checks.

This conversation of errors between WESTCOAST (Beale AFB, California) and RAF7120 (#43C39C) on November 20 2023 follows an interaction I heard earlier in the year (June 2023) where REACH 267 requested a SELCAL check from Andrews AFB and was advised the HFGCS "[does] not carry that capability."
