CHINA BASICALLY AGREES TO CLIMATE TALKS FOR NON-SOLUTIONS THAT WILL NEVER ACHIEVE

The U.S. and China are in climate talks determine what they will talk about environmental solutions to embark on in the near future. This is ridiculous. Any country can act singularly, without the need for an agreement with any other country. Also like all environmental talks, negotiations and agreements made over the past decades, this is achieve virtually nothing of value.
