Dark V-shape turns into a saucer-shaped UFO - Manchester, UK

Witness description: Dark V-shaped hovering almost still, then turned 160° and slowly moved to the south, then picked up speed very fast, then a 60 degree turn straight up.

I watched it until it disappeared into a clear blue sky. It took approximately three minutes.

At first, the object appeared to be metallic, but then turned into a white color.
