Deu 2:20  (It is also regarded as the land of the Rephaim, for Rephaim formerly lived in it, but the Ammonites call them Zamzummin, 
Deu 2:21  a people as great, numerous, and tall as the Anakim, but the LORD destroyed them before them. And they dispossessed them and settled in their place, 
Deu 2:22  just as He did for the sons of Esau, who live in Seir, when He destroyed the Horites from before them; they dispossessed them and settled in their place even to this day. 

Arms Race:
I just would to say, that phrase really means preparation for the future war with the armies of Ahayah coming from heaven. The nations leaders are telling the truth because even reports have risen indicating their world wide collaborations.

Like it or not there is coming the final act of the heavenly war here on earth. It is in everyone's best interest self and otherwise. Get right before Ahayah and repent and walk straight as righteous ordered march.

One of the rewards is that you get to finally meet you. Ultimately meeting Ahayah, God for real. Amein!

Never forget demons are hybrids who nearly destroyed us when they were in physical form. Nothing has changed for them regarding us in spirit form.
