Israeli Politics: a Failure of Political Insight

I explore two key factors undermining Israeli political consciousness concerning Palestine. Both are indicative of the extreme insularity of Israeli society and beliefs about the Holocaust which focus on antisemitism rather than the conditions that promote extreme racism and barbarity. In fact, I believe it is fair to say that the Israeli understanding of the 'conflict' diverges so significantly from that of the rest of the world that it has become detached from reality.
