Video Snippet - 1st Congressional Hearing on 'Excess Deaths' in the Philippines

During the first congressional hearing on excess deaths, Hon. Dan S. Fernandez made one of many statements:

"We are all being locked down. You can't go to any mall without vaccination. You can't travel without vaccination. You can't go out without vaccination. They're trying to tell us that if you're not vaccinated, but in accordance with RA 11525, which we approved in this congress, we are a part of it. There's a certain violation that was committed by the implementor because they implemented indirectly the mandatory vaccination, and that gives us a big problem right now because we have seen the cause to our children, especially the depression, the anxiety, the loss of touch with humanity. We have created a lot of problems with our children."
