"Just like to address some of the points that were made, we do confirm there was actually mandatory vaccination happening because of IATF resolution 148B. This was passed in November 2021. And this was in direct contravention of Republic Act 11525, where in Senate President Tito Soto indeed confirmed that vaccination was not meant to be mandatory. It was never the intention of Congress that the vaccination be mandatory".
