Why Using VPN is Illegal in China?

I am so amazed by how many revealing points this one-minute “educational” video of the #CCP contains.
1. It tells you using a #VPN to do ANYTHING in #China is ILLEGLE.
2. The CCP views ALL foreign countries as ENEMIES.
3. The CCP perceives anyone who browses information online as the PREY caught in the traps laid by HUNTERS. In this sense, the 1.4 billion people are all victims of the CCP, perpetually ensnared in its information traps. They are confined to the CCP's traps alone, without the freedom to choose otherwise. There is no real choice in #CCPChina.
4. It also shows how easily laws can be manipulated by the CCP’s law enforcement. A representative from the “People’s #Court” in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province states that circumventing the CCP’s #GreatFirewall to access foreign websites is equated to intruding into or controlling other people’s computer systems, thus constituting criminal activity punishable by 3-7 years in prison.
