Bondage Mentalities of Georgia

In the Nation, and here in Georgia, bondage (slavery) was practiced for hundreds of years. This horrible institution was justified and seen as 'the normal order of business' for too long. Sadly, many accepted it as 'just how things were'. Disturbingly, many may still hold these views, from despotic corporations to truncated individuals. But, Luckly, much has improved, much has changed, and we must keep the hope and trust in our brothers and sisters alive and move forward. Happy New Year! to All, and All listeners of The New Period especially.
