Dracula's Guest by Bram Stoker #audiobook #gothic

Dracula's Guest is a story by Bram Stoker that was published by his wife after his death. It was intended to be the first chapter of the novel Dracula. In Dracula's Guest we have an unnamed English traveller who goes wandering in Bavaria against his host's advice. It is Walpurgis Nacht after all! But the anonymous narrator thinks that Walpurgis Night and all its horrors do not apply to Englishmen. The arrogant fool!

In terms of time, this episode takes place on 30th April, while in Dracula, Jonathan Harker arrives in Bistritz in early May, so it all ties in.
