Why I Took My First Cold Plunge (and What Happened)

In this video, I'm sharing my story about taking my first cold plunge. I explain why I decided to take the plunge and what happened along the way. I watch @hubermanlab all the time and he constantly promotes this crazy stuff for multiple health benefits. I swore I would never try it but, if Huberman believes in it I thought it might be worth a try. I even ordered my own @Icebarrel 300 that is on it's way to me right now.

I was a little nervous before my plunge, but I can tell you that it was worth it! And I know that once you try it, you'll never go back to living a normal life without a cold therapy!
