About Sherry

I am a servant leader who is the developer and coach of other servant leaders. My life's purpose is to leave people better than they were before we met. As the daughter of an Air Force Veteran who committed suicide in 1977, I have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to removing the stigma of mental illness and suicide.

My goal is to touch lives each year by facilitating coaching, teaching courses and delivering one on one counseling sessions on Diversity and Inclusion, Hiring the Next Generation of Servant Leaders, and Mental Health in the Workplace. I am a passionate keynote speaker, and panelist for a myriad of industry events, including The National Diversity Leadership Conference, and have served in numerous Board of Director roles. I have led many successful matrix teams to achieve project and portfolio success that experience has given me the confidence to encourage others.

The experiences that I have gained in Global M&A, digital transformation and Organizational Change Management projects have made me a better leader of people, with the proven ability to lead diverse and dynamic teams.

I am excited to share with a larger audience my skills in training, leadership, project management and mental health and wellness. In 2019 I created a non-profit organization, 2020 Lives Changed, Inc to allow the world to benefit from our speaking engagements through Phoenix Speaks. I am blessed to have a "tribe" of leaders who have been on board as volunteers since October 2019 helping to realize the dream of touching the lives impacted by the year that we won't forget: 2020!
