The after story is this: LaCanche overnighted the parts to us and we are STUNNED at their availability and customer service (we're talking Facetime calls here, people!) No Home Depot stove is coming with that "we are family" vibe! Thanksgiving was STRESSFUL, but our family time was AMAZING and to all my Homemaker Chic Podcast listeners... we did it for the PEOPLE! Busted oven, be darned! Life throws you curveballs, and it's nice to have a way to feel like you have SOME element of control. That's what my wardrobe does for me in a fun, obviously superficial way.
