It's just centred in the middle east for now.

Since before the great crusades of Catholicism, Islam has proved a great threat to freedom everywhere. Other than their own fellow Muslims, nobody else has what they perceive as 'the right' to exist. In Islam, such as Hamas, everyone in the world should be either Muslim, enslaved, or dead.
