🚨 On the docket 📢 -

➜ Murdaugh Motion For New Trial. Alex Murdaugh filed a motion this week alleging some really serious misconduct by the elected Clerk of Court, Rebecca "Becky" Hill. Several statements followed the motion, so there's a lot to break down.

➜ Ruby Franke Arrested. Ruby Franke from the YouTube channel, 8 Passengers, has been arrested following some really egregious allegations of misconduct related to her children. We have the 911 call and an update on where things stand and where we can expect things to go.

➜ Sarah Boone. Ms. Boone's 6th attorney was granted leave to withdraw from her case and she's been appointed a new attorney (her 7th) to appoint her going forward. Ms. Boone has some opinions on the matter and put them into a letter that deserves some discussion.

➜ Kowalski v. Johns Hopkins. We'll preview a case that's coming up for trial in Florida arising out of circumstances documented in the Netflix documentary: "Taking Care of Maya". Let's review the allegations and discuss the upcoming trial.

➜ United States v. Bankman-Fried. Mr. Bankman-Fried (not presently freed) is heading to trial in October. Let's take a look at where things stand leading up to trial.
