At least regarding election information, to the degree that a public health crisis could be considered election information, and, arguably, conscious and knowing misinformation on such rising to the level of electoral fraud, mindful that one might consider someone holding themselves out as an expert might take on a heightened sense of duty so as to make it a reckless disregard, approaching actual malice, one might be found to have engaged in unlawful conduct when they claimed, as you did, without performing due diligence that "There are five main types of arguments for school closures:

On March 13, 2020, when the Arlington Public Schools, had decided to cancel in-person instruction, what was the validated secondary attack rate for COVID-19, as determined by the WHO, which had declared the pandemic declaration on March 11, 2020? On March 11, 2020, did not the WHO specifically state that some people may get freaked out about the use of the word: pandemic? Do you know that we have symptoms that a physician requires some diagnostic method to determine, like taking a temperature, and asymptomatic signs of infection, like coughing or sneezing, which any moron can see and observe, and which cause droplets to be expelled giving rise to what we describe as asymptomatic infection?

After finding a disease presenting in discrete, clustered outbreaks, with no wider community spread, a lower incidence of infection amongst children than the flu, and not even one instance where it had appeared that a child had infected an adult, did no the WHO conclude in China that "it is not clear whether this correlates with the presence of an infectious virus"?"

When you are a former biological warfare planner, who happened to be offered an unsolicited job offer for a position in a Top Secret billet, in an officially disavowed, expired mission, at DIA potentially in support of a classified special access program involving defense-related research on recombinant coronaviruses at UNC-Chapel Hill, you tend to need to notice this stuff, like the fact that it has caused me to find my Facebook account expressly disabled for "security reasons", and this information will probably not find any updates on your official report of how a pandemic occurred.
