Traxxas X-maxx Gets Sick Air At BMX Trails...And Eventually Breaks.

Click to subscribe: http://bit.ly/Sub-CCxRC - Shea and I headed out to the BMX trails on our lunch break to jump RC monster trucks - the Traxxas X-maxx and ECX Amp. A lot of my bash sessions end in carnage. I tend to start out easy and then step it up to the point of pushing the limits of the RC car/truck. Today was no exception. I wanted to see just how high the truck would go on one of the big jumps if I hit it full throttle. I wasn't standing in a good spot, so I couldn't tell if the truck was going to land on 4 wheels or not. I thought I had leveled it out, but lost site of it when it dropped behind the top of the landing. I broke the front lower arm and possibly more. I haven't torn it down yet to see the extent of the damage. It was a fun time bashing with Shea. I really dig his ECX Amp. That thing handles so well on the ground and in the air. It was nice to have him out and be able to take turns filming to get the cool footage in this video.
