These RC Trucks Need A Little TLC

I noticed that my Losi Ten SCTE rear shocks were not rebounding and the tires were beginning to rub on the body, so I decided to take some time this weekend to change out the oil and clean up the shocks. Unfortunately, it didn't help. I decided to adjust the stocks to make the stiffer and ride higher, which is a temporary fix that did help with the ride height and body rubbing. It also made me pull out my old Traxxas Grave Digger to use while working on the Losi. I had my 5 year old run the truck and realized that it seemed really slow. I decided to replace the motor with a new one I had laying around and also got it running on LiPO in stead of NiMH...huge difference. The Grave Digger is now a ton of fun on the backyard track and can clear all the doubles. What a huge difference. Hope you all are having fun with your RC cars, trucks and planes this winter.
