Traxxas X-maxx Bash In 360° Virtual Reality - Shattered Rear Rim

Click to subscribe: http://bit.ly/Sub-CCxRC - After getting back from a work trip to Honduras and El Salvador, I took the X-maxx out for a bashing run in the backyard. It didn't last long before I crashed and decided to try out the self-righting system one more time. I've had no luck with it, but thought I'd try it once more. The tires on the right went crazy and then something flew out of the rear wheel. I quickly stopped it and went over to check it out - the rim was shattered. I don't know if it had a slight crack from the previous big air, but I hadn't seen any damage when I cleaned the truck. But after the self-righting the tire wouldn't hold together when driving and clicked like crazy. Oh well, just one more reason for me not to use that feature. I'll stick to using my own to hands and feet to flip it over. I'll get it fixed and out on the trails again soon. It's all part of the learning curve in the hobby.
