Low oxygen was caused by 5G radiation sickness, this is what lowered their red blood cell count and why they didn't respond to ventilators. The 5G was needed for our enslavement and "kill zones" for future use, so they needed to use the ventilators as a cover story, and for profit. Heavily sedated patients who could have been fixed by other means had the criminals not banned hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. The ventilators were probably also used for money laundering, using the excuse of a bullshit pandemic to inflate the price of ventilators, which were simply a conveyor for the cashed in profit. The Spanish Flu was a similar scam, caused by electrification of the battlefield with radio waves, prolonged useless face mask wearing causing bacterial pneumonia and a "vaccine" administered at Fort Riley by a Mr. Frederick GATES.
