Here is four ways to use our posture bands or any bio feedback bands you have at home or in the gym.

The idea is to have the bands pull you into disfunction so you can resist the line of pull and use the muscles that need strength and tone to correct posture. Give this one a go, 3 minutes in each position is optimal.
