An award without work is not an award at all!

Becoming an Eagle Scout is a great accomplishment. It takes a lot of work and dedication from the kid that does it. It also takes a lot of dedication from the parents to drive them everywhere. Hopefully if you are pushing your children to achieve a black belt or become an Eagle Scout they are taking the responsibility because they want to do it.
