The man being questioned in this video is Dr. Stanley Plotkin M.D., considered worldwide to be the "Godfather of vaccines". He is also a consultant to Moderna, one of the main manufacturers of the Covid vaccine. Here he is answering questions under oath, admitting to the use of fetal tissue from aborted babies, among other vile things. One alarming statement that he makes in this video is that he will gladly go to hell for what he has done.
