Ascension Rock - Scenic Mt Shasta

Short hike to Ascension Rock on Mt Shasta, California, USA.

I'm a sound healer in Mount Shasta and in a sound healing session I regularly feel inspired to sing in what some people nowadays call light language but which I have referred to previously as soul sounding or inspired/inspirit singing. While sitting on Ascension Rock I also felt so inspired and I recorded my song.
