This video is about the mistaken belief that securitization audits will show fraud and lead to a free house. This is not going to happen.

I spent hours educating people about this in the last recession, and someone called me a few weeks ago and asked the same thing. I'm not going to do this again, because it's a huge waste of time for everyone involved.

I will never, ever call one of my attorneys to refer a case if the homeowner mentions a free house, because I value those relationships and people who are serious about foreclosure defense need attorneys who can help them.

Be careful who you deal with. If someone tells you that their audit can help you get your house for free, it's likely a scam.
