NH V John Delee

Mr. Delee is charged with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing Mr. Pouliot’s death by shooting him. An alternative count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Mr. Pouliot under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life. Delee was also indicted for reckless conduct, in that he recklessly placed another in danger of serious bodily injury
