"Government could theoretically limit your ability to spend your money in any way they want to. So you get a speeding fine... They can take the cash directly from your account. What if you go to a meeting for the wrong political cause? You could have all your money frozen, for example. Maybe you put something on social media that's deemed unacceptable. Well, it could be more than just your Facebook account that's stopped."
