Well, yesterday was interesting.
A complete clusterfork of events.

First they lost and found a juror (carproblem).
Second, the states opening statement began and within minutes they tried to shift the burdon of proof. Objected and sustained.
Then a second objection due to argumentative. Sustained.

And then it happened, something that has been a constant during the entire case. The state violated a direct court order. By not disclosing to the defence what slides they were going to use in their opening statement.

Yep. Clusterfork.
