Why Won't Trump Debate?

Donald Trump is demanding the Republican party either stop hosting debates or undergo a complete debate makeover.

This despite skipping all three debates so far, and showing no intention of attending the fourth, while getting vocal about ending the debates completely.

With Nikki Haley rising steadily in the polls, Trump took to Truth Social on Monday, stating, 'RNC must save money on lowest ever ratings debates. Use it against the Democrats to STOP THE STEAL!"

But why does Trump believe hosting debates costs the RNC money? The fact is, media partners bear the expenses!

Is Trump scared to debate because he knows he would lose?
