Smoke in Hell Let Loose has been an issue forever. I still hear it often today. "How did I get killed in the smoke"?

I can tell you that I was pretty surprised to see it from both perspectives.

If you've been around here for a while, you may have noticed that I never throw smoke and run through it. As that's a sure fire way to die, every time.
