Borderlines & A Fantasy World? No, that’s not what is happening inside of people with BPD at all. They do not have any elaborate construct of a fantasy or fantasy world that they have a scripted skit in some movie just waiting for you or the next person to fill. Unlike, Narcissists, people with BPD are more disorganized and often overwhelmed by feelings internally whether they externalize them or not. People with BPD project out and not from a "fantasy place" but more from the unconscious repetition compulsion reactions and re-enactments.
