Why are our oceans dying? Why don’t our foods have the nutrition they once had? Dr. Wallach, BS, DVM, Post Doc (Pathology), ND addresses these questions. Sometimes new technology produces loss. Three thousand years ago we learned that adding wood and coal ashes to our gardens as fertilizer increased yield.

He goes on to discuss that several diseases affect the central nervous system, specifically reducing the white matter of the brain called myelin. COG5-is a congenital disorder involving carbohydrates covalently attaching to target macromolecules like proteins and lipids, causing neurological problems and other abnormalities. A question was raised: “Does eating a bunch of eggs solve these issues?”
