Vaknin Wrong on Codependency? Who knows? Codependency is not a diagnosis nor is it in the DSM.

I believe it needs to be defined in a reasonable not not over-pathologizing way. Codependency is not “officially” (or otherwise) a personality disorder.

I, for one, care about people’s pain, understand it and have felt in my own past lived experience.
