Borderlines ghost and discard partners (or Favorite person and/or friends) because they have awareness impairment, lack of self, no stable identity, and misperceive that their internal pain, dread, fear, shame, anger, + any and all other feelings are caused by a partner or the person "closest" to them. When the borderline is even more conflicted they ghost and/or discard and many, not all, will hoover. BPD hoovers are lies (and false promises). BPD hoovers are not re-idealization no matter how you may feel and why.
