NPD vs The “Low Grade Lesser “Narcissist?” Codependency Recovery & Healthy Narcissism

NPD - narcissistic personality disorder is not diagnosed in as many people as many may believe. I heard some recent misinformation that a source claims there is such a thing as (or many people they think would be) a low grade or lesser Narcissist. Predicated on an erroneous notion that "we all have narcissistic traits" which is just not the case and quite an out-of-left-field assertion to make I would ask based on what? People with Codependency, by the way, along with all the moving pieces of recovery are also needing to increase, reclaim, and reframe old wounds so that they can actually develop more healthy narcissism.

There is not such thing as a low grade or lessor Narcissist because it is flawed wayward and erroneous ideology to even purpose that we, every single person in humanity, have narcissistic traits. No that's not true. More to the point a supposed so-called low grade or lesser narcissist would not be a narcissist at all.
