Why Teachers are Leaving

The ugly truth right here. The children are horrible due to horrible parenting and the Administration doesn't support the teachers.

Then you have corrupt school boards taking all that covid grant money for following a destructive protocol that doesn't benefit the students or teachers but only the admin and themselves.

Back in the 70’s and 80’s the teachers, parents, administration and school boards were ALL on the SAME page. Today, none of them are reading the same book, forget about being on the same page.

Throw in all the childhood jabs and you have behavior and developmental issues galore.
