Judge David S. Milton (Ret.), who is the only Republican running for Los Angeles District Attorney against George Gascon, faces a challenge in getting his message across to voters. Without his candidate statement included in the sample ballot, which costs $139,700, voters won't have a fair understanding of David's qualifications and experience. This could lead voters to choose another candidate, who they may not have otherwise chosen if they had access to all the information.
