Weeping, sobbing, watching footage of myself cognitively and physically impaired. I would erase the footage, I couldn't cope, trying to accept the deteriorated state of my body and brain. Facing a neurological disability, ongoing rehabilitation and the loss of ones identity. Speaking from experience, bursting out in tears, Crying my internal grief.
