War on Cash, Why Smaller Banks Suck, Pulling Your Own Cash Can Get You Reported?

In today's video I talk about the war on Cash and how hard it is to go to most small banks and even some large ones and pull as little as 3500 out at a time.
With new regulations and laws it is getting harder and harder to access out own money.
I specifically talk about my experience with USAA and a Local Small Bank here in Nevada.
