Would You Live In This Dangerous Colombian Hood? I Did.

The north and the south of Bogotá are like two completely different cities. The north is upper-class, home to fancy restaurants and shopping districts. The south is notorious for crime, drugs and poverty. Locals will sometimes joke around by asking foreigners if they have checked out el Sur (the south), but they really don't want you to go there.
Well, I decided to live in one of the hoods of south Bogotá (for a while) to see what it's really like.
