The Quest 2023 was as usual, an incredible training experience. Working that event with the top coaches in the industry is life changing and I'm so appreciative to be a part of it for the years to come. This year AJ Zito @practical_performance_org presented this drill to explore split times and data gathering and it blew me away. This will be integrated into my classes moving forward!
