LIVE! | "Take Care of Maya" Trial | Juror #1 Misconduct...by Proxy?!?! | Lawyer Reacts

If you're going to quote me in a motion, you could (at the very least) refrain from using my words to offer a false inference to the Court...

“Let me explain! No, there is too much. Let me sum up.”

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) filed a [takes deep breath] "Motion for New Trial Based on Juror Misconduct, Motion for Juror Interview, Motion to Open Discovery into Evidence of Juror Misconduct, and Emergency Motion to Preserve Evidence [long exhale] the day before Thanksgiving (thanks folks, really...). The Motion places heavy emphasis on social media coverage of the trial and draws some rather artful (albeit incorrect) inferences from various comments made, including some of my own...[shakes fist at clouds].

I expected the Plaintiff's response to be...robust...but I certainly didn't expect the level of appropriately aimed snark fired back to the Defense. I truly don't know what JHACH was thinking when they filed this motion, but seeing as they took the liberty to speculate about my thoughts and intentions...I'm happy to return the favor. After all, turnabout is fair play, right? (although you won't find me giving the residential addresses of Defense counsel during one of my livestreams...)

Let's see if we can't set a few things straight and discuss the whole issue in proper context!
