Will the Extension of the Garden Shaft find Answers or Treasure?

I do believe that adding twenty feet on to the bottom of the Garden Shaft will intersect the tunnel running beneath it at 95 feet. Will The Curse of Oak Island team be able to gain access to this tunnel? Dumas is certainly capable of refurbishing this old tunnel.

I am starting to believe that the Offset Chamber is up on the hill behind the Garden Shaft. Look at the 7.5 foot vertical beam they hit. What is more likely to be that tall, at tunnel or a chamber?
