WED LIVE:COS Updates in Ohio as well as other states upcoming and a demo of why it takes so long

Today I have some updates as Ohio get the ball rolling again as sponsors present the COnvention of States Resolution HJR 3 to committee. I will also highlight some of the questions asked by the committee and make the point as to why this process takes so long. It comes down to education of the material.
