Mayan Princess Ritual Dance

Women play a significant role in rituals and had an important role in society: beyond propagating the culture through bearing and raising children, Maya women participated in economic, governmental and farming activities. The Mayan rituals had the objective of worshipping there diety's to obtain their blessings from them. Some of these rituals are still being practiced by the Mayan people like we see here.

Las mujeres desempeñan un papel importante en los rituales y tienen un papel importante en la sociedad: más allá de propagar la cultura a través de tener y criar hijos, las mujeres mayas participaron en actividades económicas, gubernamentales y agrícolas. Los rituales mayas tenían el objetivo de adorar a sus dietistas para obtener sus bendiciones de ellos. Algunos de estos rituales todavía están siendo practicados por el pueblo maya como vemos aquí.
