Roof SCAM in Bowie MD

An elderly lady’s daughter reached out to us for assistance, she had recently paid for a complete roof replacement on her townhouse.
The roof has been leaking ever since the roof replacement, and it was not leaking before the roof replacement
The roofer was a crook, and when he grabbed the final payment, he had his girlfriend steal the homeowners copy of the contract .
We inspected the roof today and found that it has no
Dripedge, no ice & water shield, no stater strip, no flashing, no ridge caps, no caulk only felt paper and shingles.
The shingles were also installed incorrectly
